  Our crew leader Rayford, did an awesome job. They stabilized our foundation as well as encapsulated our crawl space. Now our floor no longer squeaks when walking down the hallway. Overall the floor fills more solid. When checking in the crawl space this morning, I could not believe how cool it was. They also installed new crawl space doors. I was so surprised to find them all trimmed out!

  Mr. Sutton gave me a written estimate of the work needed to waterproof and to address the water mitigation issues in our basement, sub-floor, and crawl space back in August. He specifically recommended that we wait for Pedro, Alonzo, and Justin to be available for the work required for our home. On 11 October, Mr. Pedro arrived with his crew to begin work. I've found his whole team to be professional, competent, and hard workers from beginning to end. Mr. Pedro explained everything needed for this job each and every day, and this team worked really hard to do the best job possible for us. We are very, very pleased. On a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the highest, their performance has been a 10. Their work has been really, really impressive - from beginning to end. They've installed multiple pumps, a dehumidification system, a trench system for the water mitigation, and discharge pipes for the outflow of the water mitigation system. I'm a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, and I've watched their work carefully over the past week. They've done an outstanding job. Mr. Pedro was a fantastic foreman for this crew, and he gave me the exact information that I needed to coordinate the electrician and plumber to do their part to keep the project on schedule. Now that I've hired them to do this project, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again based on the quality of this project. I'm very pleased, and I would be more than happy to do business with Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair again should we need additional work for other projects. Many thanks to Pedro, Alonzo, and Justin for a job well done.

  Wilmington homeowners, look no further than Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for all your crawlspace and foundation repair needs. Chris and Jeremie are highly knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. From inspection, quoting and scheduling, to the production crew, and post installation, they are professional, courteous, and highly responsive. They show up on time with an abundance of expertise and state of the art tools to get the job done right! Don't waste your time or hard earned money messing with other folks who claim to understand the "concept" of crawlspace repair. Sure wish we had started with Southeast from the get go! They cleaned-up a totally botched job from the other guys. Before Southeast came to the rescue, every rain storm and hurricane would worry us. Not anymore!! They waterproofed our below grade crawlspace, installed a sump pump, and also now service our dehumidifier. Thank you guys so much! Our new solution works like a dream and we can finally sleep at night. Let it rain!!
