I'd give 10 stars if I could! My heat died dead smack winter and Woody was out that same day for an assessment. There were some unforseen hurdles that arose but the patience and professionalism he displayed were amazing! Woody completely understood my panic to get this fixed. My entire HVAC/Heating unit was ordered, installed and fully up and running in 2 days. If you're the type who's concerned about getting ripped off or poor service, look no further! I can't express enough how great they are! I most certainly recommend South Wake HVAC to everyone!

Woody and his son are awesome. They recently replaced my heat pump system. They have great prices and excellent service. Woody was very responsive every time I reached out with questions. They did great work and will definitely be my go to HVAC company going forward. Can’t recommend them enough!

Woody is awesome. My blower fan bit the dust, but I'm on the tail end of having COVID, so I couldn't leave my house. Shipping one would take almost a week and that wasn't an option in the cold weather. I tried three different reputable places and South Wake HVAC was the only one willing to work with me (due to COVID). Thankfully the HVAC is in a mudroom with an exterior door and interior one, so I opened the outer door to air out the space and closed and sealed the inner door to keep exposure to an absolute minimum. Woody came out, confirmed it was the motor, found one in stock and gave me a price for everything. I agreed, he came back out, installed it and e-mailed me a link to pay online. Start to finish, from initial phone call to completing the job was under six hours. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Woody and South Wake HVAC!
