  This is yet another incidence of them making lies so that our home warranty does not cover repairs. He thought our unit was a 2003 when it was a 2013 so he was trying to upsell to a new unit. When that didn't happen , he made up some lie so that we would buy a brand new unit from him. Shame on you!!! There are still honest people out there, but this company is not one of them. Stay away-- far, far away from this salesman who walked up already trying to sell a brand new unit. There are a lot of one star reviews for this company and mostly the reviews are bad so if you're looking for somebody to repair your heater , read the reviews and don't trust this business!!!

  Do not under any circumstances work with this company. We were forced to work with the company through first american warranty. They installed a new air handler in our home that is a zoned system. First of all, they gave us an 8 hr window and showed up at our house at 5pm not finishing until almost 8pm. They rushed out of the house and did not test anything before leaving. A week later we turned on our heat to find out it was not working. The company did not properly connect the control panel to the air handler and refused to fix the problem. They stated it must be the dampener and refused to properly diagnose the issue. When I told them we had no issues with our dampener and zone board before the technician called me a liar. Do not use this company.

  Worst AC service in San Antonio. We got this company via American Home warranty. They came over and did some repairs and then claimed the repairs weren’t covered under the warranty. Making matters worse, their repairs didn’t fix the problem with AC. These guys should be in jail for fraud.
