Called in late at night because our heat quit working. A call center answered and got our information and less than 15 minutes later I was speaking with a tech and less then 2 hours later he was at my house. He was quick, efficient, kind, and extremely professional. He had my heat working in less than 5 minutes of arriving. 250 call out fee minimum is also a great deal for quality. Remember, i'm not paying for your time, i'm paying for your expertise. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend.

The folks at the farmer's loop store are always happy, polite, and helpful. The store is clean and well arranged. Very easy to find things.

Sourdough is the only one we let work on our boiler. We always ask for Mike and he is always knowledgeable and  professional. You get what you pay for. Very pleased with Sourdough and Mike.

Some of the WORST customer service I have seen in Fairbanks. I came in to set up a heating service and I was interested in the monthly budget plan. Which is a SCAM by the way - you pay a large amount of money monthly up front and they’re supposed to “reimburse” you later. Plus they provide hardly any information on the plan and none of the employees can explain it.

I asked Vicki for information about the plan and she wanted to argue with me and kept making snarky comments to me when I declined the budget plan. Vicki needs to be removed from her position immediately. I wanted to do business with Sourdough fuel, now I will be getting my fuel else where.

My roommate didn't close the back door all the way & we ran outta fuel overnight. I called first thing in the morning to order and pay, then while I was outside shovelling a path, there happened to already be a Sourdough Fuel delivery truck on my road. The driver recognized my house and saw me shovelling. He checked for my ticket & didnt see it, so he called the office to see if they forgot. He turned a lucky coincidence for me into GREAT service! Really helped me out in a pinch!
