  Sooner installed my Trane central air and heat 10 plus years ago I have had the maintenance agreement since the installation and I'm thankful I have never had to have a service call. The staff is the absolute best can't say enough about Amy, Walter and Chad. They really went above and beyond at the time of installation and the service after the sale has been the best. I have and would recommended this great company without hesitation.

  My ac stopped working on the hottest day of summer. Sooner arrived in less than an hour and fixed the issue quickly. The guys were very professional and knew exactly what was was wrong. Very reasonable price for quality work. Recommend to all my friends

  This company was a life saver. Amy, the lady who answers the phones was beyond professional. We had a technician sent out the same day-all the other companies told us 2-3 days before they could get to us. After looking at the system; the technician told me I needed to replace it. I was a little skeptical; so I had another company-who charged a lot more come see what the problem was. The first technician was right- but he didn't try to force us into a decision like the second guy. So I called Amy to get a quote on a new one. Walter showed up and he was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me plenty of options. I picked my system and the installer's had it in the next day. What service...I think Chad was the main installer- he did a wonderful job and after what he did; I was amazed the old system even worked right........THANK YOU SOONER HEATING AND AIR.
