  We have a rental property in Estes and unfortunately our tenants called us and said the heat wasn’t working. Not living in Estes we called a couple of companies (2) but they were booked and couldn’t come till next day. I called Somerville Service and was able to book online, thankfully they had availability for that day. He come out and repaired the unit. The price was reasonable and my tenants said he even wore booties which I truly appreciated. He even called me to explain what had happened. I am now considering having him install a ductless split system. Very happy with this young man and his professionalism.

  Honest and professional service. He saved the church I Pastor $1600 because another company wanted to replace a part that was working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
