  My mom had a VERY GOOD experience with Somerset Heating and Cooling! Here’s the story: My mom’s a senior. Her carbon monoxide detector went off Saturday evening of a long holiday weekend. She has “Worry Free” with PSE&G. PSE&G came out, determined it was the furnace and shut it down, but said the Worry Free department leaves at 5pm – so she wouldn’t even be able to contact them until Tuesday! It’s February and freezing outside! She left a message for a popular local heating & cooling company. They called back, but said they couldn’t come out until tomorrow or the day after. I found Somerset Heating and Cooling online and here are some of the things she really liked: 1.They personally answered the phone! These days, that alone is worth 5 stars, haha! So many companies just throw you to voicemail and sometimes never even call back. 2. Roman promised to be there WITHIN THE HOUR that night and he was! 3. The furnace was 60+ years old. It went strong until the end, haha! – but it was time for a new boiler. 4. Their price was reasonable. 5. Roman bought space heaters and even brought add’l space heaters the next day. 6. They arrived early on Monday to drop off the new boiler and took away the old. 7. They arrived early on Tuesday to install new boiler. HEAT RESTORED! They cleaned up EVERYTHING. Had she waited for Worry Free, she would have been freezing for days and would just now be able to contact them to schedule an appt to come out! Roman was set to return Wednesday to finish a few odds and ends, but couldn’t make it due to a snowstorm. He called my mom EARLY to let her know and that he'd be there early the following day – which he was! When you’re a senior, companies sometimes take advantage, but Roman was very thorough, very considerate and very pleasant to work with. My mom and I would both recommend Somerset Heating and Cooling!

  My AC stopped working, I called Somerset and they sent a very polite and knowledgeable technician named Roman. He described me the problem with My AC unit. Replaced a small part and got me back up running very quickly. Their prices were reasonable as well.
