  Ron came out for the initial inspection - friendly, knowledgeable and straight-forward. No extra fluff or tried over-selling me anything. Ordered a new system in the middle of heat-wave with a team ready for installation next day. Didn't plan on ordering a new system, but after Ron showing me different warning signs and red flags on my old system, and his flexibility on financing the project, my wife and I decided to move forward with SoCal Green. Saul and his team (2 other assistants) arrived next day. I am a mechanical/fix it yourself type of guy, so his assessment sounded reasonable. His team was very meticulous, took great effort to make sure installation was done correctly. Ron reached out periodically throughout the day to check with us, always making himself available for any concerns or issues. They ran into some issues in the furnace closet (the new unit was taller than my old one) but they made some modification so that the furnace sits perfectly in the closet now. His team exited the site professionally, cleaning the area ready for use. There was even a moment where Saul had to leave for Home Depot to replace our condenser pump (the plan was to continue using our former one) but after testing it, it no longer worked. Saul said he likes to do things properly and right, even if it costs time. This is what integrity looks like folks! After the job, Ron called and went over maintenance on the unit (air filter replacement schedule). Top notch service.

  I was super impressed by the service provided by SoCal Green Hvac tech! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained what he was doing. I called this morning and he was able to come by this afternoon. Now I'm sitting in my house with cool air flowing. Thank you to SoCal Green Hvac for providing great service at a reasonable rate. I'd highly recommend them in the future.

  Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we called the number that was on the water heater itself, from the last time we got it replaced 10+ years ago— SoCal Green Hvac. We called before noon and they were able to come that afternoon to replace ours. Our service guy was really terrific. Practiced social distancing, was friendly and efficient. Great company, will always use them!
