Great service. I had a new air conditioner installed after our old one died on us. From start to finish the team was professional, courteous, prompt and finished the job with zero shortcuts. The guys had to work in my attic which is unfinished and super hot.....no complaining just professional installation. I am very pleased with my new system and the service I received.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They will quote you one price then bill you 3 times as much. They have done this to me twice and it is a very predatory practice not to mention illegal. Aside from that they have nickel and dimed me out of over 3500 dollars (the cost of a new HVAC system) in the past 4 years and now some guy in the office lies right to my face telling me he told me to begin with we should just replace the whole system. You know because that would have made sense replace the whole system because of a bad induction motor. All complaints about their business practices aside my heat was still not working mind you they just charged me 500.00 for a new motherboard that was a generic china replacement part that is literally on amazon for 119.00 at the beginning of the summer so I called another company just to find out Snyders has put a bunch of noncompatable parts on my furnace and it was not getting enough oxygen to maintain combustion. If you are in the market to pay top dollar for incompetence Snyders is the company for you.
Response from the owner
You were charged $435 for the circuit board, shipping and the labor to put the part on your furnace. The part/shipping cost us $311.88, not $119. We purchased the part from an authorized Rheem/Ruud dealer so it's often going to cost more than the generic part from Amazon. We suggested furnace replacement when the inducer assembly went out in 2019 because of the unit's age. This is standard policy for us when an expensive part goes out on an old unit. We make this suggestion so that an old unit doesn't become a money pit with parts replacements. If we work on a unit and the problem isn't immediately fixed then we will always return, often at no charge, to address the issue. However, we were last at your home in August and we did not receive another call until December.

After calling several places trying to get someone to come out and check my furnace - Snyders’s came out the same day I called (had another call close by). Nice guy, found the issue and fixed it. Great price. Thank you!
