  Our home warranty contacted Snyder for a repair/service call. The technician showed up and DID NOT even uncover our swamp cooler and diagnosis the problem before calling our home warranty company from our porch and telling them that this was a De-winterization and NOT a service call. The swamp was not working properly at the end of the season last year and we opted to cover it and have it serviced the next season. He Didn't even diagnosis the issue or uncover it at all to determine the problem and yet makes a phone call to our warranty company saying that it was a De-winterization and not a service call WTH? I guess Snyder Technicians have psychic abilities and know the issues without even taking the cover off what a joke

  They were able to find and fix an issue that another company didn't or couldn't fix due to the age of the equipment (early 90's). Thanks Snyder! Heater hadn't worked in a long time.
