  Called Snell at 8 am on a Tuesday to clear out my sewer main that was backed up. Receptionist told me someone would call me back to set up a time. 2 pm someone finally called back and wanted to head over right away. I get off from work at 2:30 so I told him 2:45-3 would work better. He said he would call me back and never did. I tried calling him with no answer. By the time I was able to get a hold of another plumber he wasn’t able to come out until the next day. Now I have to tear up flooring in my basement because of water damage on top of the plumbing bill. Don’t use these guys. There’s better plumbers in town.

  Chad was great to have come & fix my ac! Thought I woke the receptionist up tho. Too bad she doesn't enjoy her job.
