  We have used them for heating, air, electric and plumbing for years and have been happy with every service and service person who has come to our home. We have an annual plan the covers check ups and when a problem arises, a discount on services. They have been honest and fair in pricing, always giving us options and we never feel pressured to rush into a repair or upgrade that isn’t vitally necessary. I’ve compared their pricing with other companies and they are often lower. Something I noted is that we have had the same technicians for several years, so they must be a nice place to work!

  I called at 8:30 this morning and by 6:30pm, I had been given a reasonable quote, and had our broken tank water heater removed and pipes rerun for a new tankless water heater installed. No hot water for a shower this morning, and I'll be able to take one this evening! Our service tech was professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after he was done. We have a sick newborn at home, and to have this level of service meant an experience that truly made our day easier. We will use Snappy for all of our plumbing, HVAC and furnace needs moving forward!

  I am confident that I will not use Snappy again. I called to get an electrical issue resolved but I was subjected to a sales pitch about all of the services offered if I subscribe as a customer. In addition, I was given a price for a problem that had not been diagnosed and the price was VERY high. I'm no electrician, but I know when I am being robbed. After refusing the service, the guy gave me a $75 coupon. Even with that, I am still bothered by the fact that they have set a price without understanding the problem. It came down to what I anticipated - a bad switch, which cost $28. However, the switch he installed is an inferior model. Minus the conversation, he was done in less than 10 min. The cost, $340!! Shame on Snappy for establishing this as a way off business and shame on me for letting it get that far. Lesson learned.

  Good morning. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We generally only charge $59 to send a qualified uniformed and insured technician over to the home. This does include basic diagnostic of your current issue. Our techs are asked to offer and do a whole home electrical inspection to ensure there are no other issues in the home with their current electrical system. I see that on his work he waived the initial $59 trip charge and gave you a $75 off coupon for todays services. We also offer a membership to every customer that includes inspections yearly from our heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing departments. This plan does waive all trip charges and gives you an additional 15% off all performed. Plus we give you Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty with this plan. Our technicians should always give you an upfront price for the work to be performed and what that work entails. We apologize again that your experience with our technician wasnt completely up to your expectations. We hope we can earn the opportunity in the future to make up for what you feel was too high of pricing
