  Our whole experience was great! Our AC unit was unrepairable and the quotes we got from other companies seemed really high so we reached out and Joe was able to come out and gave us a quote within a few days and had everything installed within a few more days. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work, they are fast affordable and very easy to work with.

  We had a brilliant experience with SMP! On a Monday morning at the end of January, we woke up to a cold house. Our furnace, built in 1988, had finally died. We called SMP because we saw other recommendations and plenty of positive reviews for them, and we are so glad we did! These guys were quick to come out, diagnose the issue, lay out our options, and not once did they try to "upsell" us. They even loaned us two large space heaters to get us through a couple days until they were able to get and install our new furnace! We really cannot recommend SMP highly enough. The honesty, integrity, and complete transparency they showed was deeply appreciated during such a stressful time. Plus who doesn't feel good about supporting small, local business?! 😁

  I learned of a family whose furnace quit working overnight and they woke up to 40F the next morning. This family does not have the means to take care of things like this at the drop of a hat. I made several calls to different companies to try to get them help. Of the few I was able to get a hold of, most were wanting to charge emergency rates. This family cannot afford this, nor was it preferred for a family in need. I was able to call Joe with SMP who responded to my call personally. Joe was able to get to the family in need and diagnose the furnace within only a few hours. Joe was also kind enough to not charge anyone for his service, even though we offered to pay for his fees. This is above and beyond what anyone could expect. Joe, you are a shining example of what the world needs. Thank you for your kindness and benevolence. Perfect timing for the Christmas season! I would highly recommend a company and owner to anyone with type of character!!!
