  Woke up this morning to the house at 52 degrees and dropping. Called them and Shawn came out same day - he was kind, efficient, and helpful. He explained the issue, had the specific part in his truck, and got us up and running in under an hour. Heavily recommend and I'll be going through them in the future.

  I found this company EXCELLENT to work with. They came and inspected my hot water tank when I was not home. Told me it was old but as it was not having any symptoms it did not need to be replaced/repaired. No charge. When my thermostat stopped working they returned my call in less than one hour, and replaced it the same day. When my hot water tank did need to be replaced,...they called when they said they would,......and came out when they said they would. I highly recommend Smithers.
