  Brand new air conditioner (installed by Smiths) didn’t even make it to the six month mark. Has been out for 10+ days. When I called to politely check on the status after hearing nothing for over a week, the person who answered the phone was rude & unhelpful. Told me there is and would be no ETA on when it would be fixed. I am not naive to “supply chain issues” but I think this could be handled more professionally and with some modicum of care and understanding.
