  Had a furnace issue and appointments were full for a couple weeks. I was put on the cancellation list and the next day they were here and I had heat. The repair folks were very friendly and professional. Here are a couple of reasons that I have been doing business with Smith Mech for over 15 years now for repairs and purchases.
