  Woke up without heat and called Smith's. Guy came out within ten minutes of my call to fix the issue. Guy was thorough in explaining what he did, what we could do or look for in the future, and came out a second time the same day to ensure everything was still working well. We appreciate how quick, polite, and informative Guy from Smith's has been both times we've needed to call.

  First time using this company but will be back! They installed a ductless heating/cooling system into 3 different areas of our home. Top notch and very professional looking installation. Estimated at 2-3 days but got it done in a day and half. Hats off to Charles, Eric and their crew!
