  2 years ago we bought a new Amana 16 s heat and air unit. Initially from the sale to the installation went very smoothly without incident, the technicians ( who are now no longer with the company) were Profesional. Within the first few months, the safety valve on the inside unit was not set properly with the installation, causing water not to drain out, causing to spill out onto the garage floor, soaking the installation , seeping into the garage floor, and pouring through the ceiling into my house. I was told the removal of the wer installation and sheet rock repair was not the companies responsibility. Another couple months went by in the major heat of summer, the compressor on the Ac stop working, no air in 90 degree heat. Techs came out in timely manner, no clear cut answer to why the compressor quit working on a new several thousand dollar unit. Few more months went by and the compressor stop working again, in the peak of that summer, 100 degree heat. I am disabled and my condition worsens with heat. I called the customer service to report the reoccurring problem, and needing my AC fixed , ASAP, only to receive what started to be run around by customer service when someone would be there to fix the problem. The inside temp inside my house was over 90 degrees. Forcing me to have to go spend several hundred dollars on window units for four bedroom windows, where my family was res

  This company has been very unprofessional and has given poor quality and does not respond in a timely manner. I have used this company quite frequently in the past however they neglected to tell me after tinkering with my heat and air back and forth over the past few years that now I need a new part for my heat. I have not only talked to the tech, front desk professional, and owners to still be left hanging in limbo during the cold winter months. I was told by owner Lori that due to Covid there would be a lag time in ordering this said part however it has been almost a month and a half and I have still yet to hear back from anybody regarding this issue. Every time I call the office I’m placed on hold or either avoided as if my concerns do not matter. After investing in an AC unit and working with these folks for years it is by far ridiculous that I have to go to these measures for something to be done. Not pleased at all!

  These guys came out and installed a new three and a half ton heat pump at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Patrick and Lori were an absolute pleasure to deal with for the estimate and the price was much lower than the local competitors. The install went great three days later (per my scheduling) and Willie and Mike seemed like really great guys. I highly suggest these people for your heating and air needs. Thanks again guys!!!!
