  Before I worked with Small Solutions Ductless, I wasn't convinced that I could find a useful solution for my stone cottage beyond the electric heat and wood stove I've used for years. However, it was amazing to learn about the ductless systems and how energy efficient and effective they are! It's transformed my home. Without the responsiveness, high quality customer service and expertise of Small Solutions Ductless, I would never have known.

  Small Solutions has been instrumental with updating the HVAC system in our 1940s house. We have been deeply impressed with Dylan and Steve’s professionalism, wealth of institutional knowledge, and competitive pricing. Recently they also saved us a considerable amount of money/heartache repairing a boiler which a competitor had misdiagnosed and claimed needed to be replaced. Overall we would highly recommend Small Solutions for any HVAC needs!

  Called them with a known issue asking for a quote on how much it would be to replace a circuit board ony furnace. The lady on the phone was very nice but her response was we aren't going to do the leg work if you aren't going to go with us so to get the estimate you have to pay the 95 dollar fee. The guy that came out for the initial diagnostic who was from another company gave me an estimate in less then 5 min I had him go back out to his truck to get the info for me. I will not be using this company now or in the future. Thanks for the easy decision.
