  It was a fantastic experience all around. Effortless and painless! I've had my share of bad experiences with other businesses, but I consider myself fortunate to have found this one on the internet. On time, everyone was courteous and pleasant, and the repair was quick and thorough. My refrigerator is in excellent condition!! I'm eager to tell people about you!!!

  When my refrigerator and freezer stopped working, I contacted them for repair. Steve came out, figured out what was wrong, and placed an order for the part needed to fix it. He came again later that week, as promised, and easily fixed the problem. He was courteous and competent. I would absolutely contact them again for future appliance repairs I might have.
