  They will tell you that don't have time to help you, its really hard to live out here in the winter, I have a 4yo in the house and need heat, don't waste your time calling these people, even on desperate needs they won't help you

  I called to ask a question about my furnace and I was told that they didn't have time to help me , that they've told me before that they didn't have time to help me.
