  This is our second experience with SIR, and both have been very positive. They gave us a cost break where they could, did a great job cleaning ducts for us and my mother back in December. They installed a UV light cleaner on our furnace and did so before the price increases. Today they fixed a leak on our hot water heater, doing so in a timely, professional manner, finding a way to give us a break on the price again. Thanks, SIR guys for coming out as soon as possible, even with tricky roads!
