We are beyond grateful for SIMS outstanding service. They were efficient, clean with their work space, respectful and honest. No one else would help us for a same day request. I'm 5 months pregnant and I have a one year old and our heater stopped working, leaving us in a 55° home. They came out, assessed the situation and addressed the problem. Best quote, time efficiency and work out there hands down. We will be recommending them to friends, family, neighbors or strangers. Thanks, guys.

Recently hired Sims to remove an old floor furnace and replace it with new HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. Even after the bid we had additional questions that would come up and they answered each and every one of them. They told us about the rebate and deducted the full rebate from the costs. Another bid, we had to ask about the rebate and was told of course he would give us the rebate but when we received that bid the rebate was only for 1/2 of the amount ( in effect, the contractor was pocketing the other half). Sims also shared info with us as to a financing deal that was going on giving us 4 years interest free. Would highly recommend Sims to anyone. From the office staff, to the bidder, to the installers, they were all a pleasure to deal with.

Initial selection was based on a recommendation. Have used SIMS for the past 5 years and will continue to use them. A very professional service organization that is reliable and easy to work with.
