  I had an encounter with this business they quoted how much the labor cost was only to go back after the job and say it’s per man hour also stated that the clock starts running when they’re on their way to your house. In my estimation we’re overcharged by $180. 🤬

  We are sorry you feel this way, however, all of our customers are provided in writing our policies and procedures which we ask that you look over and sign. Mr. Newsome signed this document signifying that you understood the agreement which clearly states our hourly rate is per man. It also states when the clock starts for our technician. This agreement was created so there would be no misunderstandings or hidden fees for our customers.
