  The work (that was completed correctly) was ok. Did this for my mother who made a HUGE mistake paying for work before complete. He told me one amount, wrote a contract to her for another with a verbal statement that he would shoot for less and was paid in full. He has yet to provide itemized bill as requested. Work not finished despite many messages and promises to finish. Job started August and supposed to take few a weeks. Now is a ghost. If you use , do not pay until done and inspected. If you have warranty, better hold a reserve.

  They did OK on duck work but took 3 days to do a 900 Sq ft home.did OK on septic tank but took forever to finish the job. They was suppose to come back and plant grass but never showed back up. That was the word from the owner. They are terrible about getting ahold of and not good about getting back with you. They show up when they fill like it. They dump buckets of septic in your yard instead of disposing of it. Just not dependable people. I hate when someone tells me they will be back to do something and never here from them again.

  Very professional. Showed up when promised. Price was very reasonable. All went smoothly and in a timely manner. Did a fantastic job with my project. Would definitely hire Simple Group LLC company again.
