  These guys were surprisingly quick to get things taken care of! I called them to make sure everything was good with my HVAC system before the freeze, just to be safe. Come to find out I had plastic pieces melting that could have started a fire. The technician got it fixed and even found out that my system was under warranty and saved my almost a thousand dollars.

  Every time my heater kicked on I'd smell burning plastic. I called and Simon's came out quick and fixed me up. Unresponsive technicians are all over San Antonio, so I especially appreciated that it was so easy to get ahold of someone!
