  I got to my lake house at Rough River and the house was hot. I called Simons on a Saturday afternoon. At 20:38 they arrived to find a bad condenser fan. He didn't have the fan but told me he could send one of his guys out Sunday to replaced it. Sunday morning at 08:30 the Simons guy showed up. 30 minutes later we had our AC working again. They guys were quick, didn't BS me with parts that don't need to be replaced and they got my back up and running on a early Sunday morning. I even hovered a bit and tried to learn a few things. Both guys were willing to answer my questions and teach me a few things. Thanks!!!
