  Simmons was called because my original A/C was not working correctly. Chris had a team come out and the diagnosed problem was a leaking coil in my attic. I chose to have a new A/C installed. During the installation process, I learned that the previous installer did several shortcuts and mistakes that led to a premature death to my A/C. Chris shared that Simmons does not take short cuts, so the A/C units they install last longer. I also learned they use a better brand. Chris was the main supervisor. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He also used Wade in leadership who also did well. During the installation, Ty cleaned and sanitized my air ducts. My wife and I were especially impressed with Ty because even though he is very young, he did an excellent and very thorough job. He showed before and after pictures of our ducts. I put myself through college to become a teacher, so I am very familiar with different construction trades. Because of my construction experience and training as well as my observations watching the installation, I am very impressed with the work Simmons did. I am also confident my system will now give me many years of service because Simmons does not cut corners. As a side note, I learned that my across the street neighbor had previously used Simmons to repair his problem that two other people could not fix. The bottom line is that if you want professional A/C work using high quality units, Simmons would be an excellent choice. They may cost a little more, but how much is peace of mind worth to you? Even though I opted for an upgraded unit, I am already noticing how quiet my new system and expecting I will save money in the long run. I now am recommending Simmons to friends.

  They were very punctual, arriving when they said they would. They performed as I would expect a five star company to perform. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained each problem found and what it would take to repair. I was very impressed that on his first visit Chris found a very serious electrical problem and would not leave before taking care of the problem for fear that it could cause a fire. Definitely will use again and highly recommend this company.

  We were given a heads up when the tech was about 30 min away which I appreciated! He was very professional, respectful and so nice to my curious children with their questions and just being in the way. Also so nice to my cats wandering around him. He got water on my floor in which I tried to clean up but he refused to let me saying “oh no, I made the mess.. I got it!” 10/10 service! Will definitely recommend and use for future needs.
