Was told to call here by a hardware store. Was looking for a furnace part and they told me they don't sell to the public. I called down to the one in Olyphant and he ordered the part I needed no problem. Who doesn't like money?

I do apologize for your experience. It is true we are restricted from selling to the public. We are wholesaler to contractors and installers of various equipment. There are certain liabilities involved if we sold to the public and the item was NOT installed by a licensed contractor. I hope this explains things a little better.
