  These guys are awesome. I was able to work with Blair via long distance with my Father in Laws unit, getting it replaced. Very fair and reasonably priced services, and excellent technicians doing the installation work.

  Called Burks to come look at my unit since it wasn’t acting right. They confirmed that the thermostat was malfunctioning. I agreed to let him install their preferred thermostat. Labor was high but he went ahead and did a lot of cleaning so I didn’t mind. When he left, I looked up online how much the thermostat cost. They charged double what anybody on the street would pay for. I hate getting screwed over and will never use them again.
