  We are new homeowners and have used Shipley for the last 2 years. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, they care. From the owner on down, these folks take care of their customers. Case in point, they sent out a technician at 8 pm on Valentine's day because our furnace stopped working. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
