  We originally had another tech from a different company come out who repaired our unit but it only lasted a day. Shindi came out and diagnosed the root cause and fixed the entire pathway. He was amazing! We will definitely use and recommend him again.

  NO OPTION TO LEAVE ZERO STARS. We had an appointment time scheduled. The technician did not show. Left a message saying his GPS could not find us, but the address he said on the message was not ours, although the tracker had us correct. Did not return calls or texts at all to allow us to help him find us. Entered our service with our warranty company as COMPLETED! The warranty company got ahold of them almost two hours later and he said he could not come back out for another five days. I understand confusing things happen with GPS and other things, but you should communicate and try to make it right. Instead we were ignored.
