  The part that was needed for my repair had shipping issues, so they were kind enough to loan me an extra electric heater to use while waiting for the part to ship. They did arrive when they stated, responded quickly when I would check on work order status, and was concerned about my welfare. I do consider Shelton's to be the company that I will continue to use.   Absolutely wonderful service! Office staff very personal and prompt. So kind. Easily scheduled. Service man ( Tucker) was superb. Gave estimate work his full attention; common sense advice; options. Advised of facts not explained by previous HVAC installer! Thanks so much!
