  Have an ac unit that stopped working. Called to get a look at it. Now just a friendly reminder uts in the 90's and feel like in the tripple digits and i also have a 5 month old, 3 dogs, 2 cats, & a parrot (which he probably doesn't mind the heat). Response i get... ' we don't work on any units we didn't install.' Unreal. No verh professional when the site says they work on any unit of any brand. Well guess i have to suffer and get fans until i can get this problem fixed no thanks to this lovely company. Thanks a lot for nothing. Could've had a good paying customer cause seems like ws need a new ac unit but your loss is anothers gain!

  Not reliable and very poor customer service. I bought a heat pump from them 10/14. Part ( fan motor under warranty) went up on 7/11/18. I didn't have air condition in 90 degree weather till they finally came back on 7/20. I received at $335 bill for labor and shipment!! I'm very sorry I bought from them. Service sucks and so does customer service.....stay away from them!!
