Shaw Services has been our reliable HVAC contractor for several years. Recently they upgraded the heating system for my 102 yr old Mother. They were professional and honest in their assessment and the performance of the work. Most importantly they were responsive, answering texts within minutes. We've been using Shaw Services for 6 years now. Within the past year we've had to replace our furnace, AC and hot water heater as they all reached end of life, and couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. The team at Shaw Services always made it out same day to provide service, and they do an impeccable job with installation. Can't say enough great things about this business.

Shaw installed 2 new HVAC units when we put an addition on our house in 2014. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Ryan Russell has been our regular maintenance technician since then and is always responsive when one of our units has an issue. Our original condenser unit was on our patio and we had discussed moving it for a while due to the noise when it was running. Shaw sent a 3 man crew and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone needing upkeep or installation of any HVAC unit.

Shaw installed a complete furnace /AC system and relocated a second outside unit. During the install I was impressed with all details of their work. Justin and crew kept the area clean and were able to customize the install to meet our additional requests.  I was comfortable with the crew in my home and they followed all COVID protocols.  Final result was beyond our expectations.

I recently had an A/C unit and coils fail, of course in the middle of the longest 90 degree or higher streak we have seen in the D.C. area.  I had several companies come out and give me an estimate.  Donald Shaw, the owner of the company, was by far the most thourough and professional of the bunch.  He also inspected my heater and blower motor and informed me that they both looked good and I did not need to replace them.  The estimate was near the lowest and they agreed to match the lowest estimate.  Other companies said there would be a wait for equipment, but Shaw Services had my unit ordered and on hand in 4 days!   My prior system was installed in a "unique" way and they were able to install and connect my coils to my heater in a standard and straight forward configuration.  Start to finish it was done in under 6 hours. The installation went very smoothly and the installers were courteous, professional and clean!  I have better A/C now than when the house was new.  I can highly recommend Shaw Services Air Conditioning and Heating for any HVAC need.

If you're like me, then you search through every review and get every price quote from everywhere and everyone - but do yourself a favor and call Shaw first. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Fast, honest, BEST PRICES, and extremely helpful. Ryan and Aaron were very detail oriented and simply great to work with (seriously, these guys are awesome)! Wish I had called Shaw on my first AC I had installed before this last one. I got quotes from 8 other companies and no one even came close! I should also mention that Shaw's customer service was excellent from start to finish!

My air conditioner in my home went out last night and left the house HOT and HUMID.  I called Shaw Services and they promptly showed up, replaced the condenser fan motor, and I had AC again within a few hours!  They are professional, courteous, and EXPERTS at what they do.
