  Had a new home put on my property in keystone and dealing with all the contractors myself to install septic, well and a/c and it’s been a job that I don’t personally care to do again trying to get guys to come back and complete what they started, but I’m just flabbergasted by the job these two young guys from shatto heating & air that I’ve never used to do my new installation on my a/c today very good work can’t say enough they worked great together, stayed busy the entire time, very professional work and tie ins explained my thermostat and any questions I had cleaned up all material could not have asked for a better company or employee’s for this installation. There business just replaced two others in my contact list in my phone. Thank you guys you all where awesome !! Greg Carlisle Keystone heights fl 3/29/22

  Horrible company ran by kids. I noticed them playing all over job sites, constantly in the way of other contractors and leaving huge messes for others to pick up. The language, and disrespect and just complete laziness with owner present just shows the company’s quality. Definitely would not recommend.

  Tom, we are so sorry to hear your opinion of our company. Please give us a call so we can discuss your problem; we don't work with you so we are not sure how we can make you happy. While a lot of our employees are young, we are grateful that they are willing to work these days as finding employees is an issue all companies are facing today. If you've ever done HVAC work, rest assured that we do make a mess while working but our employees have a broom that they clean up with every day when we leave the jobsite. As for laziness and disrespect; we pride ourselves in being professional and do a lot of new construction. We have contractors we have worked with for over 15 years and work for National Builders in our area that are very happy with our work.   Shatto Heating & Air is the best HVAC company within 150-miles of here. Kim and Tim are right on top of everything. Their scheduling is always done promptly, and the office answers the phone at all hours of the day and night. I can’t say enough good things about this company or its staff. A+!
