  Spoke with owner and agreed on pricing , what to be done, set appointment for Wednesday with only one appointment on their books . They called Wednesday and cancelled and reset for Thursday at 9. They cancelled Thursday appointment and reset for Friday stating they had a large client that had an emergency. Friday morning they called stating in fact they could not come Till after lunch . I ask if they could finish the project in that amount of time . The response was the install call turned into a diagnostic call instead of an install. Very unreliable and deceptive practices

  Called this morning and Kevin responded this afternoon Needed new compressor and they were prompt Courteous and awesome in their service, attitude, communication and finished product I’ll always recommend Kevin sharpe and his team!!!

  This is a wonderful family business. All of the repair people who come out to help are polite and friendly. They have kept my AC going against all odds. I would definitely recommend them many times over.
