Awful awful awful! I specifically called for a humidifier issue and was convinced by the technician he would certainly fix it. Instead he came out to only tell me I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed a furnace asap. After having done nothing for my humidifier but give useless advice, I was charged an astronomical amount. I was so dissatisfied with the service and called to speak to a manager. The manager knew nothing in regards to heating and cooling and did nothing other than offer to refund $50 which was only a quarter of what I was charged. I'm left broke with my humidifier still being my main issue. My furnace is working at 100% with no cracks in the heat exchanger. This was simply just a sales pitch for them to make money off of. Unbelievable and super unprofessional. You have a better chance fixing the issue yourself then calling them.
Response from the owner
Lyndsey, it's very difficult to be told that your furnace is not safe. We have been in business over 40 years and would never lie about equipment failure! Our service tech wouldn't have even looked at the heat exchanger except that you told him that CO detector was going off frequently. If you feel you cannot trust us, please call another licensed company for a second opinion. Your family's safety is at risk and you should not be running your furnace! We did offer to apply your payment to a new installation, which you declined, and then refunded you 50%, not $50. Check your credit card statement. If you need financial help, please don't wait, call DHS at 517-548-0200.

Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what is needed to be done. Drake has been very helpful. The whole experience with Sharon's from the minute we stepped in the door and was greeted my a very nice woman to them coming out and doing a tune up on our furnace was outstanding.
Response from the owner
Thanks so much for the terrific review, Kim. And thank you for choosing Sharon's!

Beware of their $59 "special." I scheduled mine the day before I left on a vacation. The young man arrived, turned the furnace off and could not restart it. After a phone call he informed I would now pay $75 for a service call. His decision a new thermostat was needed, $149 plus $125 for labor. Since I have Consumers Whole Home Care the costs would have been covered but I doubted service could be provided before I left town. The saga does not end yet. I returned a week later to a cold house 50 degrees with a thumping heat pump. I called Consumers and within two hours a employee arrived. Sharon's failed to attach a wire for the heat pump!!!! Neighbor's told me of the noise. I called Sharon's and same young man arrived. I told him what he needed to do thanks to Consumers. Not ended yet! My Consumers Bill arrived. The electric went from 581 kwh to 1389 kwh, an increase of $102. I will never use this company again but I will share this nightmare!!! Becky
Response from the owner
Becky, we are sorry your experience was not better. The tech who provided the service was experienced with tune-ups, but not heat pumps. We were not aware that you incurred out of pocket expenses. Of course we would have, and will, do the right thing and take care of those for you! We have provided the tech with training to prevent this from occurring again. We want our customers to have an awesome experience and stand behind our work. Please contact us at [email protected] to make this right.
