Great team came to install the a/c. Laid blankets down on the floors to protect our hardwoods. Swept the floor on their way out. Couldn’t say enough about the work completed my Danny, Spencer and Todd. Polite, professional and meticulous.

We had a box truck rip down a 480 volt line from our house to the garage. We had to leave town the next week but called Shane and had them come out to check the wire for damage and re-mount it to the house/garage. I had used nylon rope to temporarily re-hang it higher so that it was not laying on the ground. They were very quick to come out, however, that is all they did. They already knew it had to be re-attached to the house but they did nothing. I called numerous times and sent emails directly to Shane. Finally, after 3 days of trying to contact Shane or Erick, I finally received a call from Erick Thursday saying there was no damage done.....This is not true, my surveillance cameras clearly showed what had happened and also showed the wire laying on the ground after the truck snatched it loose from our house. Shane and Erick had both seen the video before coming out to our house. I also have the technician that came out on video saying it was messed up. I am not sure how Shane runs his business but I will say this, I feel like they rushed out to the house to get a $80 service fee and that was it. They saw the surveillance video of what happened before coming out, They knew it needed to be re-attached to the house and yet they did nothing, except quickly write up a service charge saying there was no damage. SO, If you want to waste $80, call Shane. If you want to make multiple calls and send emails waiting on them to get back in touch with you, call Shane. If you want to have them tell you there is no damage when it is very clear that there is damage, call Shane. If you want a company that thinks a 480 volt wire hanging up with a nylon rope as a temporary fix is good, call Shane. If you really need help and need something fixed correctly, Don't call Shane. That's my 2 cents, take it or leave it. I don't usually leave bad reviews, as a matter of fact, most of my reviews are positive but I was not going to let this pass without warning others. On top of the whole thing, this is a insurance job so, money/price was not a issue. I will update later as to who comes out and helps us fix this problem.

      Response from the owner

First this is not a 480 volt line. It is a customer installed (not to code) 240 volt line to garage. With a telephone line connected to it. We are sorry you were not home when this happened however as you can see in you video that the line that breaks is indeed the telephone line. I can post pictures of the line and install of the existing wire if you need. The current line is not installed to code compliant so for our company to even considered working with it the whole thing would need reinstalled to code. This is not FedEx problem to pay for it there for we can not bill a company for a terrible install they did not do. He was billed the service call fee that is standard for the company.
