We had Shanco install a mini split in a converted garage space. They did a wonderful job and at a good price. There follow up after the initial quote and after the work had been done was much appreciated. They even sent a small thank you gift after completion. Thank you so much for going that extra step and being on time throughout the process.

SHANCO installed a mini split in our bonus room. The service from end to end was top notch. They communicated with us well, answered any questions we had and even completed some follow up work without hesitation. The crew was outstanding and completed a quality job. After researching many local heating and cooling services, we chose SHANCO Heating and Air to replace a furnace in our home. From the first time we met SHANCO’s team, we found their employees to have a high level of service. Rob was wonderful to work with. They offered to wear masks… which was important to us. They installed our furnace, they cleaned up well and were professional in all interactions. The final billing was in line with their estimate. We chose SHANCO because of their good local reputation and their high ratings. They were recommended to us by others who had used this company. SHANCO delivered the product they promised. Before, during and after the process, they earned our trust. They were professional and we were very happy with the outcome.
