  Technician's are nice and knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace water line in minutes. A few days later it started acting up again. I called them out and a technician came out and cleaned my drainage pipe and they didn't charge me for the second visit. The company had to come back a third time. I was told I needed a new furnace. I had to finance the new furnace and AC. The company was great helping me get the financing. The installers were amazing. All I can say is read your paperwork very well. The were going to charge me 13% financing when the bank gave me 0% APR. I had to argue with them to get this extra $1200 removed. By the end of the day they had removed it and it was all settled. The office people were nice and the installers were great. Just read your paperwork, so you know how much you are supposed to be paying.

  We have been customers of Shagovac since 2019. We get our A/C and furnace serviced annually. Today, they installed a new furnace and A/C unit. The office staff and technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. We are always completely satisfied with our experience. I would definitely recommend Shagovac for all of your heating and cooling needs. Thanks!

  Our tech was great, he made sure to explain everything up front and step by step to avoid any surprises on the bill. He was also really nice to my dog and my kids. Very happy with the service we got! Highly recommend!!
