  Called at 7:30 to see if we could get someone to our house because of these frigid temperatures. We also have a 3-month-old child in the house. The lady at the front desk said that she would try to call us back and tell us when they would come. Me and my mother have called three times since then It is almost 10:00 and they've been unresponsive set me to voicemail every time. I'm glad that I finally got the heat to work for the moment because it was 60° when we woke up this morning in our home. Very unprofessional. I would call any other heating and air service in Ashe before I would call Severt heating and air. If you actually need assistance.

  Called Saturday morning with heat not working. They were out shortly. Repaired issue at a great price! Definitely will use them in the future!

  Josh just fixed my heat pump. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Plus, he came soon after I called requesting service. I will definitely be calling them again when I need service.
