  Joe Hickman came to our house after we had a dishwasher leak. He was able to confirm that we had no damage to our walls or downstairs ceiling and recommended a course of action for our wood floors (dehumidifiers, fans, etc.). He assured us that the floor did not sustain lasting damage. Here we are months later and he was right. The floor is perfect and we have no lasting damage to our home due to his quick response and suggestions for remediation. Please do not hesitate to use this company or Joe Hickman - great service and very knowledgeable.

  I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in the crawl space that went unnoticed for some time. When found, it was like a sauna in there. My insurance company referred another company that I won't mention here. That company came out and did the dry out. However, that company was difficult to work with and I ended up changing to ServPro based on the recommendation of a friend and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 542. With ServPro, it was like night and day. Shawn Hickman came out and was easy and professional to work with. Shawn was very responsive to phone calls and helped deal with the insurance company that was horrible at returning calls and emails. Chris Cragun from ServPro also did an awesome job at coordinating the work that needed to be done. For those of you reading this post, I would highly recommend using ServPro. The job may take awhile to complete, but the job will be done correctly until you are satisfied. Keep in mind people to be patient. There is supply channel issues and worker shortages going on out there. You may be waiting on a certain carpet you want, or doors to come in, or the city inspector for issuing a permit. I am guessing that there has also been an uptick home damages since the start of the pandemic because people are using more resources at home than ever before since a large population is working remotely now. Bottom Line. Use ServPro and you will be happy that you did.
