I am very impressed with the dedication and customer service that Roger Bailey provided my family. Last week I called Servpro because I had a water leak at my residence. My insurance company recommended Servpro. Within a hour of calling Roger, he was at my house and started the water extraction process. Every day Roger came out and updated us throughout the process. He has a great sense of humor and is a great example of what customer service is suppose to be. I will definitely use him again.

SERVPRO came to our house the day we called about cleaning and storing some items after our house fire. They have been very responsive and helpful through this horrible ordeal. Professional, courteous, and they did a great job of cleaning what could be saved. I highly recommend this business if you need restoration services. Absolutely wonderful service.
