  Companies very unprofessional, we waited three weeks for my assurance adjuster to get back to me. Upon receiving a phone call from him he states that survpro Lost our entire inventory of all the damage property. We are a church that gives coats and clothes to less fortunate. I took out three trucks loads from my home. Now due to the fact that they lost my inventory sheets of all the clothing that was in process to give to the less fortunate is gone. We in trusted survpro and I’ll home with all of the clothes and possessions that we had in our basement to be itemized and now it’s all gone and it was never itemized if it was we don’t have the paperwork for it. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

  Hello Pastor Richardson, Fist off I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review and bring this problem to our attention. Servpro of Southern Monroe is under new management and we are actively upgrading our leadership team. The Crew Chief in-charge of this loss has since been terminated due to the fact he was unable to provide our customers with the professional services our team is known for.   If I can give them zero stars, I will. They were caught in several lies. Once I sent them them pictures of the damage they caused and the lies were caught….they dropped off the case. Even though they took THOUSANDS worth of damaged content without providing an inventory to my insurance. My insurance company has been requesting documentation for MONTHS. This claim started 8/5/21….and as of 9/24/21, it’s still going. Formal complaints were made. If you have to go with them….DOCUMENT every conversation because they will try to lie to you about what was said. RUN FOREST RUN…far away from this company

  I just was there and the two young ladies that I had the pleasure meeting were simply amazing. I know one is Dawn but didn't get the name of the other one but they were super welcoming and the place is very welcoming
