Ed Carpenter has been a pleasure to work with. Even through a difficult time with a 3rd party he has remained patient, calm and understanding (more than me for sure!). I have used SERVPRO of Saline County more than once since moving to Benton. They cleaned the carpets of my home before I moved in, which was super helpful since the previous owner was an indoor smoker. A couple of months after I moved in, they did a mold inspection in my bathroom and gave me some really helpful tips about how I could address the moisture issue to prevent mold. I never would’ve known that the bathroom fan wasn’t actually working if they hadn’t come over to inspect!
