In 2017 (I kept forgetting to write this review...) we worked with Serv Pro Porter County. We worked with Chad G. and Josh Q. They were super professional. As new homeowners, we were completely clueless to how this worked. Chad walked us through every step and went above and beyond for us. We have recommended them to our friends and family ever since. Our puppy even loved to see them and got to know them (there was A LOT of water damage)! I cannot rave enough about how lucky we were to get such caring and knowledgeable team to help us. We are very pleased with the work done in our bathroom! Great job guys, keep up the fantastic work!

When we woke up on a Sunday morning with over an 1 1/2 inches of water on our finished basement floor from a busted pipe, it was very overwhelming. We called ServPro and they arrived within a couple of hours. They were extremely informative, professional and caring. They worked directly with our insurance company (State Farm) which helped relieve that burden from us. They were very efficient in getting everything taken care of and were wonderful about not taking extreme tear-out measures until everything was dried out and the damage could be assessed. We would highly recommend this company and if needed (hoping never to need them :)) we would definitely use them again.

As of Mother's day, it will have been a year since Servpro was hired to clean some of my grandmother's belongings, after a house fire,which are irreplaceable. We have not heard from them about any of her belongings since then, nor has any been returned to her. I would not ever trust this company again and advise others to use extreme caution if they decide to trust Servpro.
