Would like to take a minute and tell everyone about the experience I had with Servpro and specifically Tim. I had a pipe burst and A basement flood. Once I came in contact with Tim he assured me he would get right out and everything would be ok. Tim explained how everything would work and that he would not stop until we were happy with the out come. The team at Servpro was more than professional and we were completely happy with the work and resolve to insure our basement was treated properly. If you ever encounter something unexpected like I did I encourage you to reach out to the professionals at Servpro. They were truly great thru all steps of completion...
