  Have used ServPRO of NOC previously and chose them for a water event that occurred during the recent ice storm. They came quickly and provided comprehensive and professional service. Kudos to Nick, Tyler, Dylan and the office staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  I have used servpro prior to this last hurricane that effected us in the northeast. I will always be a loyal customer. The team is always responsive and prompt. They are professional and trustworthy. Thank you for always coming through during emergency and making our property look better than it was. I highly endorse this company in all they do.

  Servpro was great at coming to clean up right after the fire but did a terrible job at working with us and finishing. I understood its a process with permits but it was constantly arguements. Its been a year now since the fire and we still haven't received all our items. Every time I call its nearly impossible to get an answer or to be taken seriously. If you have a fire you are allowed to hire outside workers and contractors. I recommend doing so because servpro did not care nor did they do enough to help.
