  James and his crew came out to our house within a few hours of calling. From the receptionist to the crew to the owner everyone was courteous and professional. The communication has been outstanding and every step of the process has been throughly explained. Servpro sees you when things are at the worst, but they have helped make things easier. I hope to never need them again, but if I have another pipe burst and cause water damage ( or anything else that would require professional cleanup) I would not hesitate to call the Mt. Airy Servpro office.

  After giving us a quote on Tuesday, Mike and his crew were at our house two days later to clean the carpets in the bedrooms, an area rug and basement steps. It was amazing to see how well our children’s carpet looked without all of the stains that occurred over the 6.5 years we have lived in our home. It looks like brand new carpet!! The service was quick, professional and affordable. If you are looking to get carpet clean, call Mike at SERVPRO!

  Blowback in an oil-fueled furnace filled our house with smoke and blasted soot everywhere in the basement and main floor. Mike Gosnell and his ServPro crew brought in two industrial-sized air purifiers even before we signed a contract, a huge relief for my COPD-impaired lungs. Cleanup required two weeks of hard work, but the house looks better than ever. Working with Mike and his whole crew was a pleasure — always friendly, but always professional. Special appreciation goes to Maria and Paula from Mike's subcontractor, Mirta (Betancur) Services, who tirelessly scrubbed and washed and vacuumed every surface and everything from books to tchotchkes to countertops.
